Sewing project bunting workshop

A few months ago I was lucky enough to win a place on a free workshop at Guthrie & Ghani run by Lauren one of the first sewing bee contestants. This was a complete coincidence and please note although I watch the sewing bee the fact I'm posting nothing but sewing bee is just down to finding crafty bargains, I'm not a crazy fan.
As a part of the workshop run by the lovely Lauren, we got lovely tea and biscuits and to pick from a large choice of fabric and tapes. The catch was that we had our pictures taken for publicity, which I can totally deal with being called a model and will use for years to come.
I would very much recommend any classes at Guthrie & Ghani. The staff are all genuinely lovely and the shop is stocked with a great variety of only the cutest products. The work space has a light and airy feel, the latest sewing machines and over lockers and meters of bunting.
The turquoise and pink bunting I created adorns the small landing we have and where I have the majority of my craft supplies.
